Who am I?
My name is Chandra White. I'm a sister, friend; daughter. I'm a dreamer. A visionary. Like most, my biggest aspiration is to turn my dreams into a reality. I mean, who wouldn't want that? Well, I intend to have it by walking in my desires. I intend to be free - allowing myself to live through my art and become the best version(s) of me. I'm naturally introverted; I mostly keep to myself, but I've been told on many occasions that there's a light that shines through me.
My Becoming.
Being an actress was a hidden desire at a young age, yet I never allowed myself to believe it could be my reality because I just never thought it could happen for me. I mean, why me? The mind can be a dangerous place to get lost in and for as long as I can remember, intrusive thoughts, fear, doubt and anxiety had me in shackles. One day I decided, "Why not me?" When I finally decided to chase after my dreams (regardless of the outcome), training after training, class after class, auditions, callbacks, "rejections", bookings... I take my power back bit by bit. It's become my safe space to release and feel freely without judgement along with meeting some incredible people along the way; forming bonds and a support system that I never thought I could. So, as I persevere and continue this climb in the acting industry, I am silencing the voices and proving to myself that I belong, I have more than what it takes and that I am seen. Acting has given me another chance to believe and reconnect with myself.
Walking in My Desires.
The art of acting both tests and elevates my creativity, attentiveness, patience and openness; it brings out the best and worst in me (in the best way). I'm continuously pushed and challenged, yet hungry for more. It's one of the most gratifying experiences because it gives me purpose and I get to tell great stories. Sometimes I feel I'm telling different parts of my own story.

My Motivation.
Being an inspiration and relating to others are my main goals. My hope is that I can touch, entertain, relate and inspire my audience as well as those within my circle.

Remember Me.
I made my professional acting debut in 2021 and although I've looked back a few times based on umpteen fears, I'm proud to still be sticking with it. I have made appearances in a number of independent films, television, and a theatre production - working with some incredible names in the industry. I love acting and I enjoy growing in love with it over and over again.
She Who Outshines the Stars; that's what "Chandra" means. So... let's see what I can do.
